Nevada Bar Plans Commercial Litigation Seminar

Then State Bar of Nevada will present a CLE seminar titled Commercial case: "The Amazing Case."

The program will take place on Friday, February 29 from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas.

Panelists will address topics such as: Thinking Through a Commercial Case From the Right Side of the Brain; Seeing Things From a Juror's Perspective; Questions Designed to Persuade and Questions Designed to Eliminate in Jury Selection; Making Sure Your Dogs and Ponies Are What the Jury Needs and Wants; The Fun Stuff the Jury Expects You to Do; Finding Expert Witnesses Who Won't Confuse the Jury; and Substance With Sizzle in the Final Argument.

The speakers are Thomas Mauet, Milton O. Riepe professor of law and director of trial advocacy, University of Arizona College of Law, and Michael P. Cash, commercial litigator with 20 years experience.
