The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America is offering a CLE seminar titled Estate Planning for the Highly Compensated Executive.
The program will take place on Thursday, May 17 from 8 to 10 a.m. at the offices of Schneider Smeltz Ranney & LaFond, Eaton Center, 1111 Superior Avenue, Cleveland.
Speakers will examine issues including wills; revocable trusts; powers of attorney; life insurance planning with irrevocable trusts; estate plan considerations with respect to qualified plans, profit sharing plans and individual retirement plans; estate distribution alternatives, and charitable gift planning.
Speakers will be Charles F. Adler and J. Paul Fidler, Schneider Smeltz.
