The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America is planning a CLE seminar titled Brave New World(s): Legislative, Case Law, and Enforcement Updates in Environment Risk Management.
The program will take place on Thursday, January 17 from 8 to 10 a.m. at The Union Club, 1211 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland.
Discussion topics will include: The Climate Change and Energy Connection; Energy and Insurance Coverage; Ohio's Evolving Statutory Regime for Toxic Torts, and The Ohio Perspective.
Speakers will be Michael S. McMahon, Gregory J. DeGulis, David E. Nash, Suzanne M. Fisher and Stephen H. Daniels, all McMahon DeGulis LLP.
