The State Bar of Colorado has invited Robert Musante, a nationally known presenter, to teach Attacking the Expert's Opinion on Thursday, October 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the CLECI Large Classroom, 1900 Grant Street in Denver.
Mr. Musante, the nation's foremost teacher of deposition cross-examination and author and presenter of several seminars, will discuss the adverse expert, who is typically the most dangerous witness because he or she testifies as an unbiased scientist, and this testimony can determine an issue or an entire case. Mr. Musante will teach the one right, logical method, no matter the area of law or field of expertise, with which to attack such testimony and will present the set of questions that are at the heart of every great adverse expert deposition.
