Morrison & Foerster represents Tene Capital and Pulse Agri Investments, two Israeli investment firms focused on innovative transformation in agriculture, in their acquisition of Ahern Agribusiness, Inc., a San Diego-based seed distribution business with operations in the United States and Central America whose mission is to deliver the best seed varieties, technology, and crop advice to each grower backed by the best research, service, knowledge, and value in the industry. This cross-border deal involved Israel, the U.S., Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras.

The team was led by New York partner Mitchell Presser, who is co-chair of MoFo’s Global Corporate Department as well as co-chair of the Global Food + Agriculture Practice, San Diego M&A associate Shai Kalansky, and New York M&A associate Mara Goodman.
