Morae expands with the acquisition of information management provider Trinogy

Morae Global Corporation announces the expansion of the company’s Asia-Pacific operations and business with the strategic acquisition of Sydney-based information management provider Trinogy Systems PTY Ltd. (“Trinogy”).

The addition of Trinogy to the Morae brand is the latest in a series of acquisitions, most recently with Janders Dean in July 2020 and Phoenix Business Solutions in May 2019. The deal adds greater momentum to Morae’s already market leading position for document management solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.

Trinogy’s talented team of consulting, implementation and support professionals for technology solutions along with key members of the Trinogy leadership team Allan Rees-Bevan, David Nola and David Tai will integrate with Morae’s existing teams in Sydney, London, and Bangalore to enable a greater scale of operations and accelerated business growth for the combined business.

“Bringing Morae and Trinogy together allows us to combine two highly experienced teams, leveraging an unrivalled level of knowledge and expertise to better serve our global clientele,” said David Boswell, President, Digital Transformation at Morae. “We welcome the Trinogy team and their clients to Morae and look forward to working together with them for continued delivery of exceptional service and support.”

“Morae is a natural choice for Trinogy because we are both focused on transforming how our clients manage their information,” said David Nola, Director at Trinogy Systems. “The culture at Morae is a great fit for our team and their market momentum provides an ideal platform to assure our mutual success and growth together.”

“I am genuinely excited about the combination our businesses in Asia Pacific for our clients and our people. This is a region we consider rich in Legal Technology expertise and this acquisition provides the perfect launchpad for our continued growth. Our global clients require the expansion of our solutions to meet their needs,” said Shahzad Bashir, President and CEO at Morae. “We grow where clients need us to be and we will continue to do so.”
