Monetizing IP In 2010

On Thursday, May 6, The Practising Law Institute will offer IP Monetization 2010 at the PLI California Center, 685 Market Street in San Francisco.

The program will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Designed for in-house counsel, financing and IP counsel, corporate IP and knowledge managers, and financing professionals, this seminar will explain the latest on IP monetization techniques and review current trends and developments.

Topics that will be covered include the latest IP monetization techniques, including alternative value realization strategies; the current trends and developments in IP monetization, including emerging strategies and the current state of the market for leading monetization strategies; relevant recent case law development, including recent Supreme Court and Federal Circuit decisions impacting monetization and patent law reform; and the methodologies and latest developments relating to IP valuation, including an update on recent innovations and current valuation issues.
