D’Angelo has since January been executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at NiSource, having joined the utility in 2019. She will be based in Chicago and will be responsible for all legal matters, including corporate governance, securities law and regulatory compliance, as well as the company’s government affairs.
D’Angelo will fill the position vacated by Lee Reichert, who retired from Molson Coors in September and is now deputy attorney general of business and licensing for Colorado. Reichert spent more than a decade at the drinks company.
During her 20-year legal career, D’Angelo spent 13 years at McDonald’s Corporation before becoming general counsel and corporate secretary of Global Brass and Copper Holdings.
Molson Coors CEO Gavin Hattersley says in a statement: ‘Anne-Marie’s rich experience leading legal teams at publicly traded companies in highly regulated industries is going to benefit Molson Coors as our industry evolves. Most importantly, her track record as an outstanding, thoughtful leader who embodies our values will enrich our leadership team, our legal team and our entire company.’
