The Missouri Bar Association will present its Sixth Annual Labor & Employment Law Symposium.
The program will take place on Friday, October 12 from 9:20 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott, 3301 LaMone Industrial Boulevard, Columbia, MO.
The event will explore topics such as: The Dynamic Docket; Contact With Represented Parties and the New Rules of Professional Conduct in Missouri; Employment Law in the 21st Century - Blogging, E-Mail and the Internet; Missouri Wage and Hour Update; Summary Judgment Under the Missouri Human Rights Act, and Priorities and Trends at the EEOC and MHRC.
