Minnesota Bar To Present Annual Labor/Employment Institute

The State Bar of Minnesota has scheduled a CLE seminar titled the 34th Annual Labor & Employment Law Institute.

The program will take place on Thursday, November 15 from 8:50 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center, Seventh Street and Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis.

Panelists will address topics such as: Current Issues in the NLRB General Counsel's Division of Advice; Current Developments at the EEOC; Advanced E-Discovery Analysis and Recommendations: Judicial Insights on Pressing Issues; Advanced Supreme Court Update: Select Cases and Their Practice Implications; Union and Employee Appeals to Third Parties of the Public, and Implicit Bias Claims: How to Prove, or Defend Against, This Type of Case.

Among the speakers are Ellen Farrell, deputy associate general counsel, NLRB; Stuart J. Ishimaru, commissioner, U.S. EEOC; the Hon. Franklin L. Noel, magistrate judge, U.S. District Court for Minnesota, and the Hon. James M. Rosenbaum, chief judge, U.S. District Court for Minnesota.
