The Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America will present its Fourth Annual Legal Sampler on Tuesday, September 11.
The event will take place from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Grand Hotel Minneapolis, 615 Second Avenue South, Minneapolis. Complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres buffet will begin at 5 p.m. At 6 p.m., attendees can choose three of four 20-minute presentations and question-and-answer sessions.
The available sessions will cover: Efficient Litigation and Trial Management Through National Counsel Programs; Recent Developments With Respect to Employment Contracts, Separation Agreements, and Non-Compete Agreements; Data Security, and Practical Tips to Address (and Avoid) Customer Credit and Collections Issues.
