MICPEL and the Maryland State Bar Association this month are offering a CLE seminar titled The Nuts and Bolts of Deportation & Removal as the first part of their Nuts and Bolts of Immigration Practice Series.
The program will take place on Friday, April 13 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Ecker Business Training Center, 6751 Columbia Gateway Drive, Columbia, MD.
Among the discussion topics will be: Deportation/Removal - Immigration Court Practice; Deportation/Removal - Appellate Practice; Grounds for Removal; Maintenance of Immigration Status; Waivers and Relief From Removal; Asylum and Withholding of Removal, and Employment-Based Permanent Residence Sponsorship in Immigration Court.
