MICPEL Seminar Will Take A Look At Advanced Real Estate Issues

MICPEL is planning its 18th Annual Advanced Real Property Institute.

The program will take place on Wednesday, October 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Baltimore Convention Center, One West Pratt Street, Baltimore.

Highlights of the institute will include: Tax Credits: New Market, Historic, Green and Conservation Easement Credits; Hot Topics in Leasing Negotiations; New Ground Rent Statutes: Resolution of Existing Problems or Creation of New Headaches; Contract Negotiations: The Top Ten Gotchas in Commercial Real Estate Constructs of Sale; Nuts and Bolts of Conservation Easements; Hot Topics in Finance Negotiations; Drafting Effective Mediation Clauses, and New Technological Toys and Services for the Real Estate Lawyer.
