What Goes Down Must Come Up: Advising Clients About Real Estate in Michigan is the title of a four-day conference being held by the Real Property Law Section of The Michigan State Bar. The event begins on Wednesday, July 16 with a welcoming reception at 6:30 p.m. at The Grand Traverse Resort & Spa, where the conference concludes on Saturday, July 19.
Seminars throughout the four days will address key real estate legal topics, including mortgage defaults, foreclosures, property tax appeals and purchase agreement and pre-closing issues.
