“Michael is a highly regarded trademark strategist. His arrival significantly strengthens our IP capabilities and allows us to better serve our clients’ needs in this evolving field,” said Mark Dorff, managing director of Brown Rudnick’s Corporate & Capital Markets Department. “We are delighted to welcome him to the Firm.”

“Michael is a welcome addition to our group,” said partners Peter Willsey, Adam Schoen and Ian DiBernardo, co-chairs of the Intellectual Property practice. “His depth of knowledge and experience advising clients on generative AI, among other areas of focus, aligns with our strategic objectives. We look forward to collaborating with him on new and exciting opportunities.”

Graif received his B.S.E from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, and his LL.B Law from the University of Toronto.
“I am very happy to join such a dynamic team at Brown Rudnick,” Graif said. “I was attracted to the Firm’s incredible growth trajectory and its reputation for high-stakes IP matters. This is a great fit for me and my clients.”
