Mentoring Women Of Color To Be Discussed By San Francisco Bar

Mentoring Women Lawyers III: Women of Color is the title of an upcoming CLE seminar hosted by the Bar Association of San Francisco.

The session will take place at the BASF Conference Center at 301 Battery Street in San Francisco on Wednesday, July 23.The lunch and program are scheduled for noon to 1:30 p.m. with registration beginning at 11:30 a.m.

The discussions will be of particular interest to women lawyers of color and the supervisors who are involved in their career development. Topics will include overcoming obstacles, taking advantage of opportunities, advocating for yourself and demonstrating your skills, and playing to your strengths.

Scheduled speakers are the Hon. Maria Rivera, First District Court of Appeals, Jeannine Yoo Sano, Howry LLP, Bobbie J. Wilson, Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin, and Angela Padilla of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
