Before joining McNees, Austin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Renée Cohn Jubelirer of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and to the Honorable Clyde W. Vedder of the Court of Common Pleas of York County.
Austin earned his J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law, and his undergraduate degree from The College of Charleston.
