McNees Wallace & Nurick welcomes litigator Kelly E. Lynch to its construction & procurement law group

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC welcomes litigator Kelly E. Lynch. Working out of the Frederick, Md. office, Lynch joins the firm’s Construction & Procurement Law Group.

Lynch has five years of litigation experience representing clients in real estate, land use, construction, and general commercial and business litigation issues. She has undertaken large and small litigation matters in state and federal court.

“I am very excited to bring my skills and passion representing construction and real estate businesses to McNees’ office in Frederick,” Lynch said. “McNees’ collaborative approach to practicing law and its dedicated legal professionals ensures that in the Construction & Procurement Law Group, we provide a significant benefit to owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and all other clients.”

Before joining McNees, Lynch worked for a mid-Atlantic region law firm and a firm in Ellicott City, Md., where she successfully represented clients’ interests and litigated workers’ compensation and liability matters. She served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge G. Edward Dwyer, Jr., in Frederick; a law clerk for the Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office; and an intern at the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.

Lynch earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and her undergraduate degree from James Madison University, majoring in history and minoring in criminal justice and classical studies.
