McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Thomas Markey has become a Certified Information Privacy Professional in European Data Protection Law (CIPP/E), a designation earned through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
The CIPP/E is credentialed to those who demonstrate thorough knowledge of European privacy laws and regulations and understanding of the legal requirements for the responsible transfer of sensitive personal data to and from the U.S., the EU and other jurisdictions.
