The McNees Wallace & Nurick law firm announces that Kathleen Duffy Bruder, Esquire, was recently reappointed as a member of the Civil Procedural Rules Committee by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for a term of three years, commencing July 1, 2020.
Kathleen, an attorney and lobbyist at McNees, is a member of the firm’s government relations practice group as well as others. She counsels clients with diverse legal needs and assist clients as they navigate challenges and opportunities that involve state, federal and local governments. She has over 25 years of experience representing clients in private and public sectors including her service as Governor Tom Corbett’s Deputy Chief of Staff and as a senior advisor in different cabinet positions for the late Mayor Stephen Reed for the City of Harrisburg. Kathleen is honored to serve again as an appointee to the Rules Committee and is very appreciative of this opportunity.
