How to Draft Incorporation Documents & LLC Agreements is the title of a CLE seminar scheduled this month by Massachusetts CLE.
The program will take place on Wednesday, March 28 from 9 a.m. to noon at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
Attendees can expect to learn: structuring issues involved in incorporation documents and limited liability company agreements; typical governance and other arrangements used in structuring corporations and LLCs; how to identify and address key legal issues in corporate charters and LLC agreements; key areas of negotiation in corporate charters and LLC agreements, and the statutory restrictions on flexibility in drafting these governance instruments.
