Massachusetts CLE will present its Environmental & Land Use Law Conference 2008.
The program will take place on Thursday, January 17 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
Among the topics covered this year will be initiatives at EOEEA, the Streamlined Permitting Act, practice areas, and energy projects and policy. Leading practitioners in the field and accomplished MCLE speakers and authors share their practical expertise.
Among the speakers will be Laurie Burt, commissioner, Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection; Ann G. Berwick, Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs; Mark Bobrowski, professor, New England School of Law, and Martin R. Healy, Goodwin Procter LLP.
