Massachusetts CLE this month has scheduled its Business Litigation Conference 2007.
The program will take place on Friday, January 19 from 1 to 5:30 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
This year's conference combines a streamlined format and provides an overview of key issues and important developments for the business litigator. Experienced practitioners offer practical advice for winning commercial cases. The faculty discusses developments of the past year and offers insights on the perennially important topics of noncompetition and securities litigation.
