MCLE Makes Available Recent Discussions As Webcasts On Demand

MCLE continues to add to its webcasts on demand seminars exploring current issues of importance. Among the most recent that have been made available on demand at www.mcle.org are:

• Navigating the Madoff Recovery Maze explores, among other subjects, who the parties were and what happened; who are the targets of litigation; who will be required to pay or give back; SIPC - what it is and what it does; tax issues; offshore funds; and liquidation of funds. • Commercial Loan Transactions: From Structuring, to Closing, to Restructuring provides an overview of key provisions of the basic loan and security documents and teaches the best practices of negotiating these documents. It is chaired by Paula K. Andrews, Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP and runs for four hours.

• ECO: Law - Financing Green Energy provides an overview of the changing regulatory and legal landscape in the energy sector and the tools needed in order to apply these energy attributes to finance green energy projects. Chaired by John W. Wadsworth, Brown Rudnick LLP, it runs for four hours.
