MCCA's Annual Diversity Conference In NYC

Save the date, Monday September 26, for the Minority Corporate Counsel Association's annual Creating Pathways to Diversity©conference. The program is located at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel, 1535 Broadway in New York City. The sessions begin with registration at 7:30 a.m. and end at 8:00 p.m.

Creating Pathways to Diversity is the seminal diversity conference of the year. MCCA's diversity conference has evolved over the years; no longer just the place for individual attorneys to gain practical tools and resources to attain diversity goals, this year's conference has expanded to help employers build a better workplace and teach employees how to step up and take advantage of greater opportunities.

Attendees will take part in thought-provoking dialogue with leaders in the legal diversity arena and take home solutions to share within their organizations. Participants will also have the opportunity to network with the best and brightest in the legal diversity field while meeting CLE requirements. Topics include Revisiting the Business Case for Diversity; Affinity Groups: A Study of Model Programs at Law Firms and Legal Departments; and Leveraging a New Generation of Cultural Competency.
