McNees Elects New Firm Leadership

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC announced Brian Jackson has been elected Chair of the firm and Donna Kreiser and Mark Van Blargan as Members of the Management Committee, effective November 1, 2018.

Brian Jackson will succeed David Kleppinger who has held the position of Chair for the past 12 years.

Brian has been a member of the firmwide Management Committee since 2005 and served as Chair and Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment practice from 2002 to 2017. While carrying out his duties as Chair, Brian will continue to represent clients in collective bargaining and labor arbitrations.

David will continue to practice law in the Energy and Environmental practice group and Co-Chair the McNees Strategic Solutions group. During his tenure as Chairman, David has played a significant role on the success of the firm and the launch of several McNees practice groups, including Food & Beverage, Privacy & Data Security and Esports.

Donna Kreiser has been on the firm’s Management Committee since November 2015 and is the first female to serve in this capacity. Donna is Co-Chair of the McNees Financial Services and Public Finance practice groups and practices in the Public Sector practice group. She focuses her practice on municipal and project finance law, including economic development, transportation, government, health care and education.

Mark Van Blargan is Chair of the McNees Healthcare practice group and a member of the Education Law practice group. Mark’s practice focuses on serving large healthcare providers and college and universities. He previously held a position on the McNees Management Committee from 2006 to 2015.
