Massachusetts CLE has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Arbitration Practice Update 2007.
The program will take place on Tuesday, October 9 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, Ten Winter Place, Boston.
Panelists will offer updates on the entire arbitration process, from the arbitration agreement through the controlling laws, available remedies, discovery issues, the arbitration hearing, and the postaward process. For practice tips, the program also offers perspectives from panelists experienced in the specific areas of securities, employment, class actions, international law, and reinsurance.
