The Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Evidence for the Civil Litigator.
The program will take place on Thursday, January 10 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the MBA Conference Center, 20 West Street, Boston.
Discussion topics will include: business record exception to the hearsay rule; medical record/bills pursuant to M.G.L. c.231, Section 79G; common law and statutory privileges, including husband/wife disqualification, etc.
