Maryland CLE To Host 25th Annual Bankruptcy Institute

On Wednesday, March 11, MICPEL will host their 25th Annual Advanced Bankruptcy Institute. The session will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 1:15 p.m at the Ecker Business Training Center, 6751 Columbia Gateway Drive, Columbia, Maryland.

Designed as an advanced course addressing business bankruptcy issues, this program will review developments in case law and bankruptcy rules in Maryland and at a national level, as well as several cutting edge issues affecting the business bankruptcy practitioner. Supreme courts decisions and rules, Maryland Bankruptcy Court and District Court decisions and rules, Chapter 11 cases and disclosure information are on the sessions's agenda for review.
