Kirkland & Ellis is excited to announce that capital markets lawyer Marwa Elborai will join the Firm as a partner.

Ms. Elborai is U.S.-qualified and focuses her practice on high-yield bonds, complex corporate financings and leveraged finance transactions. She advises corporate, private equity, credit fund and financial institution clients across multiple jurisdictions. With a focus on U.S. federal securities law, she also advises on general debt and equity capital markets transactions and debt restructurings.
Ms. Elborai earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a law degree from Columbia Law School.
