Sills Cummis & Gross is pleased to announce the addition of Martin C. Fojas as of counsel to the restrictive covenant, trade secret & unfair competition practice group in the Newark office. He is also a member of the employment and labor practice group. Mr. Fojas concentrates his practice on restrictive covenant, privacy and trade secret counseling and litigation, as well as in the areas of employment and wage and hour counseling and litigation. Mr. Fojas is a seasoned trial lawyer who has tried numerous commercial and wage and hour cases in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Fojas has also counseled a wide range of clients regarding state and federal employment and labor laws and regulations, employment contracts, employee classification, wage and hour matters, restrictive covenant, confidentiality and NDAs, severance and terminations, and compensation.
