Sills Cummis & Gross announced the addition of Marshall O. Dworkin and Bisma Muhammed as associates in its Litigation Department in the Newark Office.
Marshall O. Dworkin has broad experience in complex business litigation matters including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud and estate litigation in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Dworkin was an attorney at Kasowitz Benson Torres in New York City.
Bisma Muhammed concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Muhammed was an associate with a regional boutique litigation firm and previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas W. Sumners in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. She is fluent in Urdu/Hindi.
