Mark Holmes has joined the firm as a Houston-based partner in its Finance Practice. He most recently was a Partner at White & Case. Holmes is a leading energy and infrastructure finance lawyer who advises sponsors, borrowers, and lenders.
Holmes has significant experience leading project and leveraged finance transactions across the spectrum of traditional and emerging energy and infrastructure sectors, including oil and gas, midstream, downstream, renewable energy, distributed generation, LNG, CCUS, conventional power, energy transition, and circular economy.

Holmes earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas, Austin and his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.
