Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, a national law firm, is pleased to announce that Margaret Olek Esler has joined the firm as a partner in Denver.
Esler focuses her practice on real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing, asset management, development, and landlord-tenant disputes; and on financing transactions, including lender- and borrower-side representation in transactions involving acquisition loans, construction loans, refinancing, loan modifications, and syndication and participation. She works with clients in industries including commercial, healthcare, industrial, retail, hospitality, and residential. Esler also has extensive experience in due diligence for real estate transactions, including environmental and other regulatory matters.

Esler earned her JD from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and both her MS and BS from Purdue University.
