Manuel Rajunov Joins Snell & Wilmer as Tax Attorney

Snell & Wilmer is pleased to welcome well-established tax attorney Manuel Rajunov to the firm.

Rajunov provides cross-border tax and transactional counsel to U.S. and non-U.S. multinational entities with a particular focus on inbound and outbound Latin American investment strategies. He also advises his clients on real estate investments, structured finance transaction, and mergers and acquisitions. With close to 30 years of experience handling cross-border matters, Manuel’s practice is uniquely positioned to support investors entering Latin America, as well as Latin American investors venturing into other markets, including the US. Additionally, through his affiliations and relationships in Israel, Manuel has been able to provide legal services to Israeli innovators and multinationals as they venture into the untapped markets of Latin America.

Rajunov has been recognized by Chambers USA for Tax and Real Estate, by the Legal500, and by The Best Lawyers in America for Tax Law in Dallas. Additionally, Manuel has been listed as a Top 100 Lawyer in Latin America by Latinvex.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Rajunov was a partner with McDermott Will & Emery. He received his J.D. from Universidad Iberoamericana, and his B.A. from Instituto Mexico.
