The Maine State Bar Association is planning a video replay of a CLE seminar titled Summary Judgment.
The program will take place on Wednesday, August 22 from 8:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at The Northeastland Hotel, Presque Isle, ME.
Participants can expect to come away with: a solid understanding of how the current version of the state and federal rules work; awareness of the problems, pitfalls and common mistakes to avoid, and knowledge of the best practices in creating and responding to these motions.
