Maine Bar Schedules ReplayOf Negotiations Program

The Maine State Bar Association has scheduled a video replay of a CLE seminar titled Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.

The program will take place on Tuesday, August 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Maine State Bar Association offices, August, ME.

Among the discussion topics are: How to Develop as a Negotiator Short and Long-Term; What The Best Negotiators Do Before They Negotiate; Characteristics of Conflicts That Come to the Attention of Lawyers; Negotiation as a Ritual Process; Negotiating Patterns of Experienced Lawyers; Gaining Personal Experience With Cooperative & Aggressive Patterns, and Tit-for-Tat in Theory and Practice.

The speaker is Gerald Williams, an internationally known negotiations expert.
