The Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) will present an FMLA Roundtable on Tuesday, September 25.
The program will take place from noon to 2 p.m. at the offices of Mirick, O'Connell, DeMallie & Lougee LLP, 100 Front Street, Worcester, MA.
At this luncheon roundtable, practitioners and Department of Labor staff will discuss recent court decisions restricting an employer's ability to dispose of FMLA claims as part of a release/waiver.
Speakers will be Robert M. Hale, Goodwin Procter LLP; Merle D. Hyman, U.S. Department of Labor, and Indira Talwani, Segal, Roitman & Coleman.
