International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP has announced that Sarah Flaherty will join the Firm as an M&A partner in the London office.
Sarah is currently a corporate partner at Linklaters and advises on public and private M&A transactions as well corporate restructurings, joint ventures and equity offerings across a wide range of industries.
While a partner at Linklaters, Sarah spent two years on secondment at the UK Takeover Panel where she worked as a senior case officer regulating a number of high-profile public M&A transactions.
