Sidley is pleased to announce that Grace Jamgochian has joined the firm’s global M&A and Private Equity practice as a partner in New York. Prior to joining Sidley, Grace was a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group at Shearman & Sterling.
Grace has represented U.S. and multinational corporates and private capital investors in a wide variety of merger, acquisition, and investment transactions. Her experience includes domestic and cross-border public company mergers, private company buy-side and sell-side transactions, multi-jurisdictional asset carve-outs, minority investments, joint ventures, as well as activist matters. She has also provided counsel on takeover defense strategies and corporate governance matters. Grace advises strategic and private equity clients across all industries, including technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), infrastructure, and consumer markets.
