Lowenstein Sandler continues to expand its Investment Management practice with the addition of counsel Kevin Zadourian, former general counsel and chief compliance officer at Glazer Capital, LLC.
Based in the firm’s New York office, Zadourian has extensive experience in fund formation, structured finance and derivatives transactions, corporate governance documentation, the development and implementation of investment adviser compliance programs, and related regulatory matters. In the investment management space, Zadourian has served as an investment advisor to two separate multi-billion-dollar private funds. He joins the firm as part of a larger expansion of the Investment Management Group, and his arrival follows Jonathan A. Danziger, who joined the Lowenstein Investment Management Group as partner earlier this month.
