The Louisiana State Bar Association has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Ethics & Professionalism: Watch Your P's & Q's.
The program will take place on Friday, December 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:05 p.m. at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, 500 Canal Street, New Orleans. Registration begins at 8 a.m.
Discussion topics will include: Professionalism; Ethics - Lawyer Advertising: New Rules and New Issues; Professionalism in Our Profession - A Review of the Past Thirty Years; Ethics - Sanctions in Federal and State Court: Recent Developments; Professionalism - Views From the Bench, and Ethics in White Collar Cases.
The program co-chairs are the Hon. Randall L. Bethancourt, 32nd Louisiana Judicial District Court, and James A. Brown, Liskow & Lewis.
