The Los Angeles County Bar Association will sponsor a lunch-time seminar titled International Debt Collection on Tuesday, June 3.
The program will be held at the LACBA Conference Center, 281 S. Figueroa Street in Los Angeles, with registration, meal and reception from 11:30-noon and the program scheduled from noon to 1 p.m.
The speakers will be the Hon. Samuel Bufford, U.S. Bankruptcy Court; Danielle Harris, Harris & Moore PPLC, and Arnold M. Quittner, Peitzman, Weg & Kempinsky LLP.Topics they will speak about include international coordination of bankruptcy cases, private investigations of debtors and their assets, and the law on enforcing judgments.
