The Los Angeles County Bar Association has scheduled a lunchtime seminar titled When Borrower Defaults, it is Lender vs. Lender for Wednesday, November 19, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the LACBA Conference Center, 281 S. Figueroa Street in Los Angeles.
The program features a discussion about enforcing intercreditor agreements during workouts and asset management. Scheduled speakers are Jesse Sharf of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and Adam B. Weissburg of Cox Castle & Nicholson.
