The Los Angeles County Bar has scheduled its First Annual Senior Lawyers Division and Barristers Roundtables Mentoring Event for Tuesday, February 24, at the LACBA Conference Center, 281 S. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles.
The meal and reception will run from 6:20 to 6:50 p.m., and the program will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
This event will offer participants the opportunity to join senior lawyers and barristers for roundtable mentoring sessions. Participants will select preferred table topics and interact with judges and senior lawyers who will share best practices and give new ideas and expert advice. They will engage in lively conversation and develop a mentoring relationship in a preferred area of law. Each table will have a judge or senior lawyer as moderator and discussion leader. Ample networking opportunities are scheduled.
Among the speakers are Hugh I. Biele, attorney, author and educator; Hon. Richard P. Byrne; Harry L. Hathaway, Fulbright & Jaworski LLP; and Patricia Phillips, Phillips Jessner LLP.
