Higher Logic, the industry-leading, human-focused engagement platform, announced the promotion of Lisa Gilley to Chief Legal Officer. Prior to this appointment, Gilley served as General Counsel at Higher Logic for more than three years, building a comprehensive function from the ground up that is collaborative and customer centric.

Prior to joining Higher Logic, Gilley served as General Counsel for Phase2, an open-source software services company/digital agency, and before that served as a legal and business affairs consultant for a variety of clients through the Washington D.C. metro area. She is a thought leader in legal innovation, mentoring other legal professionals and Lisa has a deep expertise in the role of general counsel.
