Learn How To Stay Out Of Trouble:PLI Ethics Update

The Practising Law Institute will hold its annual ethics update on Monday, December 22 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the PLI New York Conference Center at 810 Seventh Avenue.

Titled Staying Out of Trouble: What Every Attorney Must Know About Ethics 2008, the program will focus on and offer practical advice about three current ethical concerns: conflicts checks and conflict waivers, how to handle the dishonest client, and attorney fee issues.

Yaroshefsky, clinical professor of law and director, Jacob Burns Center for Ethics in the Practice of Law, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
