Law Business Strategies Focus Of OH State Bar Seminar

On Tuesday, November 11, the Ohio State Bar Association will be the hosts of a course titled Business Results for Lawyers: Strategies and Tactics for Building Your Law Business. The course will be held at the Forum Conference Center, East 9th Street and Saint Clair, Cleveland, Ohio, beginning at 8 a.m. with registration and concluding at 4 p.m. The program will include a break at noon for lunch.

Business Results for Lawyers is designed for attorneys interested in building a great law firm, client service and marketing services effectively, at all levels in any size firm. The course is intended for the managing partner, shareholder or young associate. Management lawyers will have the opportunity to explore ideas and strategies for improving their firm operations as well as business development efforts.

Topics to be covered include The Business of Law, The Trouble with Lawyers and Law Firms, Law Firm Business Keys and Strategies, The Power of Leverage in Law Firms, Marketing the Invisible - the Law Firm Challenge, Building a Great Law Firm, Defining Your Client and Target Markets, and Building Relationships to Success.

The featured speaker will be Jeffrey L. Nischwitz, a speaker, consultant, advisor and writer, author of Think Again! Innovative Approaches to the Business of Law.
