Latham & Watkins Advises Acrotec on Acquisition of Mebus MIM-Technik

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Acrotec Group, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, on the acquisition of Mebus MIM-Technik GmbH. Acrotec Group is a manufacturer of high-precision components and Mebus MIM-Technik is a leading specialist in metal/ceramic injection molding technology for the production of surgical instruments.

Latham & Watkins recently advised Acrotec Group on its acquisition of Friedrich Daniels GmbH, a leading manufacturer of surgical instruments and complete solutions.
