Later Life Planning For Your Parents, Yourself

WESFACCA this month will present a CLE seminar titled Prepare for the Future & Help Your Parents Prepare for Theirs - Update on Changes in Planning for Later Life Issues.

The program will take place on Wednesday, May 9 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Building 5, High Ridge Park, Stamford, CT.

This program includes the new Medicare Part D and the tough new Medicaid laws. Both New York and Connecticut law also will be examined. Some of the specific discussion topics include: Consequences of Failure to Plan; How to Deal With the Catastrophic Costs of Long-Term Care; Legal Tools for Property and Health Care Decision Making, and Rethinking Your Estate Plan for Later Life Issues.

Speakers will be Peter Strauss, Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., and Richard Fisher, Cacace Tusch & Santagata.
